Downloading Leads for the CRM

From the Lead and Database system, first navigate to the Florida report (or Nation), select the desired state and county, and then choose whether to export all leads or specific ones. Once selected, click "Export Lists" in the CRM format, and save the file, which will download as a zip file. Next, go to your downloads folder, right-click the zip file, and select "Extract All" to access the leads. Finally, return to your CRM to prepare for importing the extracted leads.

Click "Log in" to the Lead and Database System

Click "Reports "

Click "Florida Reports"

Click "Florida"

Click " Alachua"

Scroll down to "Lead Lists"

Click the drop down

Click "Export List - CRM Format"

Click "Show in Folder" or Folder Icon.

Right click the file

Click "Extract All..."

Click "Extract"

Your leads have now been successfully downloaded and you are ready to import into the CRM!

Tip!

Once you've downloaded the leads you need you will need to upload them into the CRM. Please see our support documentation for "Importing Leads into the CRM" to see how properly carry this action out.
