Complete the A2P registration after purchasing a phone number to make calls and send texts under A2P policies and rules.

Click "Settings"

Click "Phone Numbers"

Alert!

Please make sure you complete/review the "Getting Started" support documentation and "Setting Up Your Account" chapter videos in Excess Elite University before continuing past this alert.

It is mandatory to complete all tasks above before moving on or you risk mobility within your account.

Make sure you have your purchased phone number visible within "Phone Numbers"

At the top please click "Start Now" for the A2P Registration.

We are now within the "Trust Center"

Here you see we have yet to start if you have never submitted for a2P before.

This step shows what it looks like when something has been rejected once the A2P was submitted.

If one of your campaigns have been rejected you can click "Rejection Season" for further details for resubmitted documents and sometimes physical documents to further prove your legitimacy.

Click "Start Registration" to start your A2P process.

If you do not have the option to "Start Registering Now" please contact: and submit a ticket with your business name in the CRM, with a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing.

Once you start your A2P Process you will start in the "Business Details" area and enter in various details about your self and your business.

Click the "Yes" field.

Answer the second radio button question based on your business information.

Click "Continue" once you've answered both questions accurately.

Next we will populate "Business Details"

Click "Legal Business Name" field and enter your legal business name.

Click "Limited Liability Company Or Sole-Proprietorship" under Business Type.

Click "USA: Employer Identification Number (EIN)" for Business Requisition ID Type.

Enter your "Business Registration Number" in this field.

Click "Real Estate" for Business Industry

Click the "Business Email" field and enter in your business email.

Click the "Website URL" field and enter in your website URL.

Tip!

If you do not have a website please watch "Websites and Professional Emails" in the Excess Elite University or review "Purchase a Website" section in our support documentation to retrieve a website from Excess Elite for $100. You must have a CRM account for this service.

Click "Business Region of Operations" selections based off your business information.

Click "Continue"

We are now going to populate "Business Address" details.

Choose your business Country

Choose your business state.

Enter your business "street address"

Populate your business Zip Code

We will now populate details for the Authorized Representatives section.

Click the "Enter first name" field and enter in the first name of your authorized representative.

Click the "Enter last name" field enter in the last name of your authorized representative.

Click the "Enter email address" field and enter in the email address of your authorized representative.

Click the "Phone Number" field enter in the phone number of your authorized representative.

Choose the job position of the authorized representative.

Next we will go over "Brand Details" for the A2P Process.

We will now populate information for our Campaign Details.

We are going to copy and past some text into the "Use Case Description"
