Learn how to quickly update your business profile in the CRM. This guide walks you through the steps to edit your company details, add contact information, and ensure your profile is up to date for seamless client interaction and management.
Update Your Business Profile in the CRM
Log into the CRM by navigating to
Click "Settings" once you are logged in.
Click "Business Profile" and lets start filling out our information by adding a logo.
Click "Upload" to upload a business logo.
Click the "Friendly Business Name" field to enter a business friendly name.
Click the "Legal Business Name" field to enter your legal business name.
Click the "Business Email" field to enter your business email.
Click the "Business Phone" field to enter your business phone number.
Click the "Branded Domain" field to enter your business-branded domain
Example: abc.com
Click the "Business Website" field and enter your business website.
Example: ABC.com/home
Click "Business Niche" and choose "Real Estate Agency".
Click "Update Information"
Navigate to "Business Information"
Click "Limited Liability Company Or Sole-Proprietorship" for business type.
Click "Real Estate" for Business Industry
Click "USA: Employer Identification Number (EIN)" for Business Registration ID Type
Click the "Business Registration Number" field and enter your business EIN.
Choose your business regions of operations.
Click "Update Information"
Navigate to Business Physical Address
Click the "Street Address" and enter as it appears on legal documents.
Click the "City" field and enter as it appears on legal documents.
Click the "Zip Code" field and enter as it appears on legal documents.
Choose your business state
Choose your business Country
Choose your Timezone
Choose your Platform Language
Choose your Outbound Communication Language for Custom Values
Click "Update"
Navigate to Authorized Representative Section
Click the "First Name" field and enter their first name.
Click the "Last Name" field and enter their last name.
Click the "Representative Email" field and enter their email.
Click here and enter their Job Position
Click the "Phone Number (With Country Code)" field and enter their phone number.
Click "Update Information"
Navigate to the General Section
Ensure "Email Compliant" box is checked.
Ensure "SMS Compliant by adding a sender information" box is checked.
Ensure "SMS Compliant by adding an opt out message" check box is checked.
Ensure "Email Address when first email is sent" checkbox is checked.
Ensure "Phone Numbers when first SMS is sent" checkbox is checked.
Click "Enable missed call text back"
Click "Save Missed Call Text Settings"
Congratulations! 🎉You have successfully set up your business profile in the CRM.
