Click "Email Campaign"
Click "Create Campaign" if you are looking to reach your current subscribers.
This can consist of Newsletters, Updated Company Information, and much more.
Click "Emails"
Click "Templates"
You can create email templates to use in your workflows or conversations for a more productive workflow.
When creating a new template, you have the ability to add elements.
This example shows an email template with the Text element dragged to the page to add text and data to your template.
Additionally, you can add logos, social icons, buttons, and much more to make your email appealing and ready to close deals.
Click "Templates (Snippets)"
Click "Add Template (Snippet)"
We have a choice of creating an Email Snippet template or an SMS (Text) Template.
When choosing a "text" template for a Snippet.
Start by giving this Text (SMS) snippet a name.
Then, create the body of the Snippet for the purpose of this Snippet.
Example: Initial Outreach for your automation, Messaging in Conversations, and much more.
When you finish the name and body of the message below, you will see how much this message will cost.
Be sure to note how many segments are being used and ensure you comply with all A2P standards to avoid having your number blocked.
Click "Attach File" if you have a document or file you'd like to include.
Click the "Mobile Phone Number" field to send a text text with your snippet.
Note: You will be charged for all CRM testing via your wallet in the company billing settings.
To the right you can see a live preview of the Text Snippet.
Click "Save" once you have finalized all details.
Click "Add Template (Snippet)"
Click "Add Email Template (Snippet)"
Click the "Name" field to give the email snippet a name depending on the purpose.
Compose a body email for your message/snippet.
Click "Attach File" if you have a document or file you'd like to attach when this snippet is chosen to use in a workflow or conversation.
Click the "From Address" fields and "To Address" fields to send users a test Email.
Note: the CRM will charge the card on file for all tests.
Not having a card on file will not let you send a test email or SMS.
Click "Save" once you have finalized all details for this email snippet.
Click here to edit the text or email snippet.
Click "Emails" to go back to your campaigns.
Be sure to utilize the email templates and snippets to make it easier for yourself to navigate the CRM, save you time, and efficiently communicate all means of communication to the client.
