This guide provides a step-by-step process for importing leads into your CRM, ensuring all necessary fields are accurately connected for seamless integration. It highlights the importance of uploading the client.csv file multiple times to capture all contact details effectively. Click "Contacts"
Click this button "Import Contacts"
Click "Upload a file"
Please select your "client.csv" file that you have downloaded off the lead and database system.
Click "Next"
We will now make sure that all our proper fields are connected.
You can verify that the datasets match by the GREEN CHECKMARK.
Scroll down to "Phone 1 and Phone 1: Type"
Choose "Phone" for Phone 1 field.
Click "Phone Type TEXT" for Phone 1 Type field.
We now have those two fields connected.
Note: Those are the ONLY two feilds you need to connect on this upload.
Click the "Don't import data in unmatched columns" field.
Click "Next"
Click the "Import Name" field.
Type "Client upload 1"
Click "Advanced"
Click the "Add Tags" field.
Type "fl"
Add your new tag or existing tag
Click the "Add Tags" field.
Type "alachua"
Add your new tag or existingClick this checkbox. tag
Click the "Add Tags" field.
Type "tax sale"
Click the "Add Tags" field.
Type "excess"
Add your new tag or existing tag
Click this checkbox.
Click "Submit"
Click "Click here"
Click "Client upload 1" to view the details of your bulk import
Click "Smart Lists" to navigate back to your "Contacts"
Click this button "import contacts" for the SECOND time.
Click "Upload a file"
Click "client.csv"
Click "Next"
Scroll down to "Phone 2 and Phone 2: Type"
Choose "Phone" for Phone 2 field.
Click "Phone Type TEXT" for Phone 2: Type field.
Phone 2 is now connected
Click the "Don't import data in unmatched columns" field.
Click "Next"
Double-click the "Import Name" field.
Type "Client Upload 2"
Click this icon.
Click the "Add Tags" field.
Type "fl"
Add your new tag or exisiting tag
Click the "Add Tags" field.
Type "alachua"
Add your new tag or exisiting tag
Click the "Add Tags" field.
Type "tax sale"
Add your new tag or exisiting tag
Click the "Add Tags" field.
Type "excess elite"
Add your new tag or exisiting tag
Click this checkbox.
Click "Submit"
Click "Click here"
Click "Bulk Import"
Click "(View Details)"

Click "Smart Lists" to navigate back to your Contacts.
Once you've uploaded your "Client.csv" file FIVE times like we have gone over for Phone 1,2,3,4 and 5 you will see all of your contacts populated here in the "smart Lists" or "Contacts" tab in the CRM.
