Importing Leads into the CRM

This guide provides a step-by-step process for importing leads into your CRM, ensuring all necessary fields are accurately connected for seamless integration. Click "Contacts"

Click this button "Import Contacts"

Click "Upload a file"

Please select your "client.csv" file that you have downloaded off the lead and database system.

Click "Next"

We will now make sure that all our proper fields are connected.

You can verify that the datasets match by the GREEN CHECKMARK.

Scroll down to "Phone 1 and Phone 1: Type"

Choose "Phone" for Phone 1 field.

Click "Phone Type TEXT" for Phone 1 Type field.

We now have those two fields connected.

Note: Those are the ONLY two feilds you need to connect on this upload.

Click the "Don't import data in unmatched columns" field.

Alert!

We have uploaded the client.csv (TWO) times in this walkthough. In order to have all the information you will need to import (FIVE) times total.

Please repeat these steps for the "Client.csv" file for "Phone 3, Phone 4, and Phone 5"

Once you've uploaded your "Client.csv" file FIVE times like we have gone over for Phone 1,2,3,4 and 5 you will see all of your contacts populated here in the "smart Lists" or "Contacts" tab in the CRM.

Tip!

If you are a Nation Plan subcriber you can have Excess Elite upload your leads for free. Please navigate to "Lead Upload" on the side of your CRM to take advantage today.

Customer who have a CRM only plan or Florida Plan will need to upload thier contacts independantly or pay $10 per lead upload that they need. Additionally you can upgrade your account and get the lead service.
